National Suicide Prevention Month

As we close out National Suicide Prevention Month this September, we wanted to share a resource on how you can support someone struggling with their mental health. Whether you're reaching out to a friend, family member, or colleague—together, we can create a culture where talking about mental health is both accepted and encouraged.

Program Spotlight

Earlier this month, we gathered for a special Garrett’s Space picnic—or as some of our wellness program participants like to call it, our "family reunion."

Our incredible team of facilitators thoughtfully planned this community gathering for our current program participants and alumni. We shared snacks, played games, and most importantly, enjoyed each other’s company!

Building community is at the heart of everything we do at Garrett's Space. Thank you for helping us cultivate spaces of connection that are safe, supportive, and fun!

To get help for you or someone else, please contact Peggy Galimberti (peggy@garrettsspace.org or 734-212-6890) or visit our website to learn more.
